[Gift] The 11th Hour | Letters
She was a happy dragon, perhaps overly so sometimes, one full of energy and excitement at almost every little thing. She was a purple dragon, with a splash of white down her body and big magnificent butterfly wings that seemed to match her perfectly. She was indeed a sight to behold and today she had been given a mission, an important mission indeed. She was to deliver a few letters she had been entrusted with and she was determined to at least try her best. The key word was Try. The day was nice, pleasantly warm with plenty of sun to bathe in if one was so inclined and perhaps any other time the bright purple dragon might have indulged but not today, no sir. Mishra had set out easily enough, focused on her task, letters safely tucked into a messenger’s back securely placed around her neck. How fun was this? Her big wings flapped slightly in her excitement, almost causing her to lose her momentum. She wondered what exactly was on the letters but she had been told not to open them or look or do anything that might compromise them. So along she went, seeming to bounce as she did, happy as always. She paused, glancing around almost nervously. Surely a peek at just one letter wouldn’t be the end of the world…would it? She shook her head as if that could get rid of the bad idea. No. She mustn’t. It was a completely understandable thought of course but bad nonetheless.
