[Gift] Festival Event: Ornament

It had taken Morn months of work on the side to track down his query, separate from when he helped his rider with his cases; at one point he had been ready to throw the towel in, simply continued to get by financially by selling his shed scales when it happened, but.. finally... a nugget of information, priceless (well it wouldn't be if it turned out to be accurate).. all this ... all this for an ornament...a singular and unique piece that had fallen through one of the many cracks of the chronoscape. 

Still he had to make sure it was the real deal.. and based on its properties, he should be able to , he was a metal dragon.... and according to his informant, there were plenty of reflective surfaces to confirm, it it was legit, he'd acquire it .. well... mostly legally... depending on how they had acquired it. His shadow moved slightly and he followed it, and then slipped into the reflective surface nearby and wove to his target.

Emerging from the inside mirror, he took in the lavish room, so his informant has thus far been true to his word... and there on the mantelpiece was the ornament he'd been looking for. He peered at it.... it wasn't really anything flash, in fact it was simple, a piece of carved metal in a shape... it could be a bird..... but then again, since it had come from the chronoscape .. it could be anything.

Carefully he touched the metal ornament, allowing the metal to sing to him as he tested its contents, and ran them against the info provided... he looked over the plate next to it. "Concorde Plane Ornament". So... this was the real deal... now to acquire it, and get the paycheck.... Did he cquire it himself? or pass the knowledge onto the requestee.. and maybe lose some of the profit.... Choices.....
