Personality: At first glance, Jace is the kind of dragon that makes others freeze in place. Her enormous size, eyeless face, and silent movements make her look more like something that crawled out of a nightmare than a dragon you'd ever want to approach. In reality, she's an absolute sweetheart. She has a deeply maternal streak and instinctively fusses over dragons smaller than herself, making sure they're fed, safe, and staying out of trouble. At the same time, she has an almost childish side, enjoying simple games, gentle teasing, and occasionally acting as though she has no idea just how enormous she is. Despite her gentle nature, there is no questioning her authority. Levi's dragons may include individuals far larger than Jace, but when she decides enough is enough, they listen. She has a remarkable ability to settle arguments, break up fights, and keep even the biggest personalities under control with nothing more than a stern posture or a disappointed nudge. It takes an extraordinary threat to make her genuinely angry, but when someone under her care is in danger, that warm, motherly giant disappears in an instant.
