Teo is aware he’s not the most intelligent of dragons, but given his ability to adapt to most situations he feels it balances out; energetic and fast paced he does nothing ‘slowly’ rather more inclined to give it his all. Fairly assertive (as much as any dragon can be in the Cenote); he’s also an emotional dragon, easily affected by whats going on around him. For the most part, his scales aren’t sharp, but the edges of his protofeathers are; so he’s very careful when moving about.
