Personality: Reggie has the misfortune of being an ocean dragon who absolutely despises getting wet. Water soaks into his feathers, weighs him down, and leaves him feeling miserable until he has a chance to dry off again, so he avoids swimming whenever he can get away with it. He'd much rather nap on a warm rock overlooking the sea than actually be in it. His favorite pastime is finding a quiet place where nobody will bother him, though somehow someone always does. That constant interruption has left him with a permanently tired, mildly grumpy attitude and an expression that says, "Can't a dragon get some rest around here?" He isn't unfriendly, just chronically inconvenienced. If a situation truly calls for it, he'll grit his teeth and dive into the water without complaint, but the second the job is done, he's climbing back onto land and spending the next several hours meticulously drying every last feather.
