The crest is kinda like half of a Frilled Lizard's (for saurian crest, but only on the top of the head), plus the neck ?? thing? of the basilisk lizard for Neckfrill
Using Legacy Foliage for Bib
Splotch is on underbelly and pharaoh is the yellow and white stripes behind the eyes
Fawnspots would be recesive
