You walk into a large stable to find an armored dragon sorting through a huge number of nests. She has pink scales and floating, scythe-like blades over her back. Her long tongue flicks in and out as she turns to greet you. “Hello! My name is Pixie. I take care of the eggs in this place when my Rider is away. Are you here to find your own egg?” She shows you through rooms of eggs, but none of them strike your fancy. When she notices you still searching, she brings you to a back room. It’s quiet and the air is dusty, though the eggs here shine with polish from Pixie’s dedicated care. “These eggs have waited a long time for a Rider, but no one ever bonded with them. Will one hatch for you?”

Pixie’s Pile is open to any members, even if they have already adopted from Aurelia’s Hatchery. Adopting from here will not count towards your Aurelia’s Hatchery use. As these eggs require extra care, you may only adopt an egg once per season. It is only open for two months at a time, with the last month of the season allowing Pixie some time to rest.
To reserve an egg, click here and make a comment claiming it. Once claimed, you must create a design for it. Reserve an egg by commenting here with this form:
Egg ID:
Pretty simple, right? Just the Egg ID. You have two weeks to submit the dragon’s design after reserving, or the egg will return to the pile and you will have to wait until next season to try again. If the design does not pass on your first try, you get an extension of two weeks to make corrections. Once approved, the egg is transferred to you so you can make any finishing touches before submitting. You do not need a Rider for to design the egg, but you will need one when you upload the egg (unless it has an active mutation that says otherwise).
