ED-1304: Arin

Personality: Arin has the patience of a saint, which is fortunate considering his rider is still young and learning. He accepts mistakes without complaint, gently nudging his rider back on track instead of getting frustrated. Calm and dependable, he's the kind of dragon who thinks before he acts and would much rather solve a problem than fight over it.

Despite the armored plates covering much of his body, Arin moves with surprising grace. He often curls protectively around his rider when they're resting or frightened, creating a living fortress that few creatures are willing to test. His long body also makes him excellent at shepherding people through crowds or blocking dangerous paths without ever raising a claw.

When danger can't be avoided, Arin becomes an immovable wall. He uses his heavy armor and sheer weight to shield others, preferring to pin or push opponents away rather than seriously injure them. It takes a great deal to make him genuinely angry, but threatening his rider is one of the few things guaranteed to do it.
