Sorry for the delay, I was getting second opinions. That won’t be counted against your time for fixes. As it is, the lineart still extends too low— you’ll need to make it clearer that it cuts off before the shoulder!
The fin looks good now! The shimmer still needs some edits, though— at least a few of those need a few ‘sparkly spokes’ sticking out to distinguish it as being sparkles.

Sorry for the late response; I live on a farm, and this hot dry summer is kicking my backside hard. The animals aren't liking it much either.
