Amberdrop (AD)

A currency used by the Attyceps. It is made of a solidified sap and prized for its pretty appearance and nutritional value. Because it is not actually fossilized amber, owners should take care to keep their currency out of the sun. They melt.

A symbol of triumph over challenge.

Copper Axe (CA)

Held by: Characters

A currency created specifically to deal with mortals. It is made of cheap copper and dye, but the promised value or service is enough that their collaborators take it as payment. The Quetzalcoatl trade it for food, precious metals, or anything useful as soon as they can be rid of it.

Gilded Coin (GC)

Earned by participating in Abrendese Militia prompts.

A collection of ancient coins with ancient origins. They are polished and cared for by avid collectors. Often, owners will seek out a set to find the full story behind the coins. In addition to their sentimental value, they are also bejeweled gold coins, and anyone may melt them down to make a profit in a pinch.

Inscribed Coin (IC)

Held by: Characters

Earned by taking part in Erré Coalition prompts.

This Silver coin is carefully inscribed with the five rulers of Eredia or their gods--depending on the taste of the ruling party at that time. A new batch of coins is minted whenever a new regime begins on any of the islands. During periods of long-lived rulers, their value rises accordingly.

Old Coin (OC)

Held by: Characters

Earned by participating in Shéar Rebellion duties.

This encompasses any coin minted prior to the Abrendese invasion. There is a rough conversion rate between the many old currencies based on their metal content; However, they are never exchanged for modern Silvence, and trying to do so results in backlash.

Runeshard (RS)

Displays as: 0
Held by: Characters

Earned by participating in Naki Alliance prompts.

Given the vast amount of cultures and currencies the Naki work with, they are prone to keeping virtual currencies. Runeshards contain virtual information for wallet keys of many currencies or important infrastructure data that would be valuable to the organization, which means their value varies drastically. To redeem, the owner must personally attend a Conversion Station, where they may exchange any other currency or piece of information into usable RS. Due to its virtual nature, the RS economy is the most volatile. Thankfully, the Naki care very little about money.
